my Background

I am a heart-centered being who brings radical compassion into everything I do. There are many names for what that is, but ultimately I’m just a down-to-earth human being who does my best to help others find more compassion for themselves and others, which ultimately brings pure connection. My default mode is: intense, whole hearted, gritty, fluid, and intentional for EVERYTHING.

You can call me so many things: an Intuitive Energy Healer, Certified Usui Holy Fire® III & Kundalini Reiki Master and Teacher, Jaguar, Shaman, Animal Communicator and Healer, Death Doula, Spiritual Guide, Storyteller, Realm-hopping-fairy…

While I find it important to learn about systems and traditions from other people,
I find it most important to learn to communicate with your own inner-wisdom.
Get back in the habit of filtering things through your heart’s lens first. For me, it’s a balance. The most important things I’ve learned were not in my studies, they were in my dreams. What I was taught gives me language to communicate what I know, help me realize that it’s not “just me”, and awaken dormant wisdom. I’ve learned practices to listen better. How to be clear in my words, intentions, and energy.

I’m constantly learning, changing, and growing. I feel like I’ve lived countless lifetimes in my current life already.

Why Jaguar?

Throughout all of my struggles, there was one thing that was always there for me, before I even realized its significance: The Jaguar

The Jaguar has been with me since birth, and throughout life we’ve often met in dreams. He helped me battle my inner-demons, survive my darkest moments, showed me creative solutions, and inspired me towards greatness.

My sacred name was revealed to me on a Shamanic Journey, and I learned later that it aligns with the day I was born on the Mayan calendar. We walk as one, simultaneously between earth and spirit realms, where we regularly journey and shapeshift for healing.

This is not a place for only “love and light,” it is a place of limitless possibility, we feel into ALL of our sacred emotions, and do deep shadow work and alchemy, and transform into our personal versions of balance.

Jaguar Spirit is great at journeying on behalf of other’s too, and you will often see him supporting or guiding you while we’re working together.

What is your style?

I tend to have close relationships with my clients, doing intense complicated work (my favorite), having tea, sharing stories, and bringing inspiration and brightness to life. There’s no rush, no one-size-fits-all, it’s unique to each person and experience. It’s a commitment that I don’t take lightly.

That being said, even one session can last a long time, or a lifetime.

I love working with animals, and people, both in the physical and spiritual realms.
The Jaguar is a bridge between worlds, bringing harmony and wisdom through to improve the lives of all.
I’m an artist, and naturally incorporate my art and voice into my work. I’m here to help you with your own self-expression in your art forms too!

I have a passion for prayer through Altars, crystal grids, and natural expression! much of my “spell-work” incorporates these elements.

I’m Queer, gender-fluid, and a woman, and enjoy bringing limitless creativity into everything I do. Community means a lot to me.

Little Jaguar

I grew up in a Military Family, predominantly in Germany, which is where I call home. I resonated and absorbed the deep of respect for nature there. We lived a slower-paced lifestyle in one of the largest forests in Europe. I traveled extensively throughout my life to nearly 40 countries, through which I built up strong values of celebrating diversity, cultural differences, the common threads of humanity, art, and community.

I’ve mentored under various teachers of different traditions, but it’s my ultimate life exploration to connect back to my own German, Irish, Nordic ancestry. Looking back I love how this life was set-up for me.. being born in the US but then raised in my ancestral homelands.
It’s important to me to help others reconnect and embrace their own heritages as well so that we can share our unique rich cultures with each other with grounded respect. Humans are all the same deep down.
Much of Shamanic wisdom is the similar at its core, but we all have different roots that need to be tended, respected, and acknowledged. A lot of the work that I do is with the help of our Healed Ancestors, to support you in breaking generational cycles.

It’s important to me to continue receiving my own mentorship from Nature, animals, plants, elementals, elders, teachers, guides, Spirit, life in general.

the base of my wisdom comes directly from Spirit, my life experience, my own healing journey, and from my spirit animal guide: the Jaguar.

Intro to my healing journey

Throughout my journey, I’ve fought many battles with Autoimmune disease (Multiple Sclerosis), which included healing myself from blindness twice against all scientific possibility, chronic fatigue syndrome, depression, overworking, ADHD and neurodivergence, and being disconnected from my body and its magic.

I’ve also done intense womb-healing and reconnection, after experiencing sexual assault & violence, generational trauma, the negative effects of being put on hormonal birth control at a young age, battling sexism, and anti-queerness, in the world.

Through Holy Fire Reiki, I reconciled my Religious trauma from Christianity, and came home to the truth and strength of my gifts.

How long have you been practicing?

Well, that’s always been hard for me to answer… because, always? There’s no one date that I can tell you. I’ve been like this for my whole life. I’ve been offering services officially for about 8 years. Reiki for about 6 of those.
When I was a kid, my mom gave me a book called “is your pet psychic?” and it was literally an animal communication manual… so of course I got really good at talking to my cats, and then other animals. I’ve always been an “animal whisperer” and started my first business working with animals only.

I started Jaguar Spirit about 6 years ago.

The business side of things is honestly difficult for me, but I’ve had some great mentorship to help me grow so I can help more beings!
